Knitting Club
The Knitting Club will be meeting today after school in Room 205. All are welcome, including new members who want to learn how to knit. Come learn how you can earn service learning hours. We are knitting bears to be donated to children affected by AIDS in orphanages in Haiti and Africa.

Yearbook

The yearbook will not be meeting to work Thursday after school; however, we will be meeting Friday to work on pages. New members are always welcome.

Students and staff are reminded that the instructions for ordering a 2010 all-color yearbook are posted on the Preble web site if you did not receive an invoice directly from the company. Don’t miss out.

Boys Golf

There will be an informational meeting for all boys interested in joining the boy’s golf team next Tuesday, February 9th after school in room 146. See Mr. Johnson for more information.

FBLA

There will be an FBLA meeting after school tonight in room 146. We will be preparing for Saturday’s regional competition.

Latino Club

There will be a very important Latino Club meeting in room 211 after school on Thursday, February 4th. All members need to be there.

Ping Pong Tournament

Plan to play in the 17th Annual Preble Ping Pong Tournament!

It’s Saturday February 13 & open to ALL Preble Students. There are guys and girls divisions.

Registration is 11:00 am, Lunch at 11:30, And the competition beginning at noon!

Already nearly 65 students have signed up ----Why not join them? Sign up to play in the main office.

Book Club

Those who have read Inexcusable for this month can meet in the LMC during all lunch hours TODAY to discuss the novel. Bring your lunch! If you have any questions, please see Ms. Pearson or Ms. Suda.

The 5th Annual Great Paper Airplane Toss

The 5th Annual Great Paper Airplane Toss at Lambeau will be held Saturday, February 6, 2010 at the Lambeau Field Atrium. If you are interested in volunteering for this year’s event please let Mr. Baudhuin know! We are seeking folks to help with registration, directing people to the “flight deck”, marking planes, and help clearing the “runway” after they’ve been flown. Students who volunteer can learn service learning hours for helping out.
