FBLA Food Drive

Please join the Preble FBLA chapter in bringing in non-perishable food items tomorrow to your third hour classes. The 3rd hour class that donates the most items will receive a breakfast from the culinary arts department.

Preble Ping Pong Tournament!

Looking for something to do on a cold winter’s day? Plan to play in the 17th Annual Preble Ping Pong Tournament! It’s Saturday February 13 & open to ALL Preble Students. There are guys and girls divisions. Registration is 11:00 am, Lunch at 11:30, And the competition beginning at noon!

Already nearly 65 students have signed up ----Why not join them? Sign up to play in the main office.

PSAT Test Results

Today, sophomores and juniors who took the PSAT test and want to learn more about their score report should come to the auditorium at the beginning of period 3 for a presentation by the counselors. The presentation is expected to last the entire period. Attendance will be taken there.

Campus Radio Station

Preble High School is exploring the idea of creating a campus radio station! Any students who are interested in participating in discussing the development of a high school radio station at Preble High School should come to an informational meeting in B114 at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Hope to see you there!

Technology Engineering Students

There will be a SkillsUSA meeting at 3:05 after school in room 153 This Thursday January 28. Competitions will be selected for the State Conference



Special Chess Club Announcement:

Due to the faculty meeting on Monday, Chess Club will NOT be meeting. However, we do have information on our fundraiser and I would like to meet in the LMC on Tuesday for all of those that can make it. Spread the word. In addition to talking about our fundraiser, we can also help other clubs in the “Hands for Haiti” program.

Are you interested in a Career in Criminal Justice?

Marian University is offering a three day summer camp from June 21-23. Campers will stay in the dorms on campus and immerse themselves in numerous aspects of criminal justice. Early registration deadline is May 1st. Stop in Career Center for further info.


Pre-College Summer Programs

There is information in the Career Center regarding Pre-College summer programs. St. Norbert College and UW-Stevens Point have opportunities for the multicultural student. UW-Oshkosh is offering summer programs to students who qualify for free/reduce lunch regardless of egthnicity.
