Please check the times that your club or organization is being photographed. If your name was submitted by the group adviser, you should leave your classroom a few minutes before the appointment time and go quietly to the auditorium where you need to line up quickly by height, tallest to shortest. You should return quietly to your classroom immediately following your photo. The only announcement that will be made will be a brief announcement at the beginning of each class period for those groups scheduled that hour so as to reduce the disruption to learning. Advisers are requested to attend the photo session for their group to verify participation of members of the group.
Please note that there are two groups added that were NOT on the schedule sent out to teachers, Diversity Circles, which will be at 12:05 and FCA which will be at 9:50.
