Knitting Club
The Knitting Club will be meeting today after school in Room 205. We will also meet this Friday. New members are always welcome.
We will be working on the yearbook Thursday after school in Room 203. Experienced yearbook staff is encouraged to come in Friday to work on the senior pages.
Investment Club
There will be a meeting after school tomorrow in room 146.

Would you like to work for the Green Bay Packers or other major Green Bay Companies?
Well, there is a class you can take for your Senior Year called MARKETING CO-OP.

Tomorrow is our holiday party when we will be making gingerbread houses. Please remember to bring a treat to pass for the festivities.

A reminder to all staff and students that are part of Sting Cancer:
We are having a holiday celebration this Thursday in the LMC-please feel free to bring any treats to enjoy during our last meeting before Christmas.
Mr. Nesvacil would also like to announce that any students who have sold raffle tickets, please bring the fundraising money to Mrs. Grobarchek in room 112 or bring it to Thursday’s Sting Cancer meeting.

Forensics
There will be an important Forensics meeting today after school at 3:15 in room 123. All team members should plan to attend. Remember your team rules signed, and registration and co-curricular forms.

Attention Jr’s and Sr’s. If you have an interest in going to college, and serving in a branch of the military, please join us for an information briefing on Monday Dec. 29. Topic of discussion will be on the many different financial options. Free pizza will be served. Stop in the Career Center for further information.
GSA
There will be a GSA meeting in room 107 after school today.
Girls Basketball
The Girls played last night at west. The varsity won 48-29 with a great effort. Great job girls.
The jv won 34-22 and showed good improvement
The freshmen lost 34-44 but showed some improvement.
Keep working girls.
Remember today are pictures for the freshmen and jv players. Remember to bring your envelope and money.
All varsity girls baskeball players meet in coach Harris’ room today at 3:15.

The call for the resignation of Illinois Governor Blagojevich, shoe throwing in Iraq, and more layoffs in the banking industry. Come to the Political Awareness Club meeting on Wednesday right after school to discuss some of the issues of the day. See you right after school in Room 105.
Senior Class
Today the Senior Class must complete a brief survey regarding graduation and end of year activities. Teachers—at this time please count the number of SENIORS in your class and send a runner to the Commons for the survey. Seniors—please complete the survey and have your teacher return it to the MAIN OFFICE today. Thank you for your cooperation.

-2009 American Cancer Society’s Riverfront Fun Run will be held in May. Many volunteers needed. Sign up now. Sign up sheet located in the Career Center.
The Botanical Garden needs volunteers this weekend and next weekend for their “Garden of Lights” display.
-The Green Bay West Lions Club is in need of volunteers to assist with handouts the morning of the Packer/Lion game on Dec. 28 at Lambeau Field. Sign up in the Career Center.

There will be a meeting for all members of the girls tennis team and all prospective members of the boys tennis team tomorrow after school in Room 245. The meeting will begin at 3:05. The girls will be finished by 3:15 and the boys 3:30. Please see Mrs. Weuve if you cannot attend.
