MAC Scholars
MAC Scholars will meet TODAY after school from 3:00 to 4:00 pm in the back of the LMC by The Career Center
FCCLA
Attention all students interested in FCCLA- our 2nd meeting of the school year will be held today, Tuesday, September 23rd in room 137. If you missed the before school meeting, you can get the information at the after school meeting today. New members are welcome. Hope to see you there!
Preble Fishing Club
Attention to the Preble Fishing Club. Students interested in learning about trolling musky on the bay or fall walleye fishing there are free seminars at Sportsman’ Warehouse in De Pere. The musky seminar is tonight at 5:30pm or 6:30pm and the walleye seminar is Thursday at 6:30. Pre-registration is required and if you have any questions or need the contact stop and see Mr. Valley.
Girls Volleyball
Attention all girls’ volleyball team members: the bus to Green Bay East leaves at 4:15pm today. That’s 4:15pm.
Green Bay United Hockey
Green Bay United hockey booster club will be holding an introductory meeting for all interested hockey players and their parents on Wednesday September 24, 2008 at 5:45 p.m. at Cornerstone Community Ice Center. The meeting is expected to last one hour.

There will be a meeting on Wednesday, September 24th from 7:00-7:15 am in room 222. Please plan to attend. If you can’t make the meeting please see Mrs. Rowe, Mr. Yonts or Ms. Nelson.
PAC
The Political Awareness club will be holding its weekly meeting on Wednesday September 24th right after school in Room 105. Persons of all political persuasions are encouraged to join our weekly discussion of political events including the campaigns of John McCain and Barack Obama. Do John McCain and Barack Obama have any plans to help us out of the new economic mess? What are their plans for the War in Iraq? Join us Wednesday after school in Room 105 to share and discuss.
7:00 Flagpole
Do you really need that extra half-hour of sleep? Why not join a group of your peers to take a stand for what you believe in? All students and faculty are invited to gather by the flagpole at 7:00 AM on Wednesday September 24, to pray for our school, community, and nation. This student led event is a great chance to be witnesses to our peers in a day and age when it is not always popular to do so. Remember, everyone is welcome and we hope to see you at the pole!

Just a reminder that tomorrow, Wednesday, Sept. 24th there will be a presentation for all seniors in the auditorium period 7. College and career planning will be discussed.
Sting Cancer
Mr. Nesvacil and Sting Cancer would like to thank everyone in this great building for your support of the Sting Cancer Family fun day. Sting Cancer was able to raise funds that will help individuals and families in the area for years to come. When the great people that make up Green bay Preble come together, it is amazing the wonderful effect we can have on the community and the world.

The East/Preble Marlins girls swim team has a home meet against Sheboygan North tonight. The meet begins at 5:30 at Edison Middle School. Please come and cheer them on!
