Costa Rica Trip
Attention all students going to Costa Rica: See Miss Nelson sometime today in room 222 for information about our trip.

Friday the LMC is closed hours 3, 4 and 5 and limited hour 8.

Forms for the Intra-City Student Council for 2008-09 are now available in the Main Office. Any Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior who would like to be placed on the ballot must fill in and return this form to the Main Office.


Baseball

All baseball players should check gym doors for practice times today. Also I will let you know about the game in Sheboygan as soon as I find out.

ATTENTION MATH TEAM STUDENTS
Our last math meet is this Monday, April 14th at Ashwaubenon High School. Check in by 6:10 pm. Teams are posted outside room 237. If you are unable to make it or your name is not on the list, stop by Mr. Schwedrsky’s room sometime today.

Softball
No softball games today. Freshman practice will be inside 3:15 JV's 4:00 Varsity 5:00 Be 15 min early Thank you coach Halverson


Scholarship
Preble parent network has established a $500 scholarship to honor students who have made significant contributions in support of their families, school, community or a particular cause or concern. Students may be nominated for this scholarship or may apply themselves. The applications must be submitted by April 15th, and are available in the Student Services Office.

Dodgeball tournament
Students mark your calendars for the 1st EVER inter-city Dodgeball tournament - Food & Change drive - Friday May 16th - 4:30-10:00 at West High School
Sign ups for Dodgeball & Change teams are now in office

Participants will be East-West-SW & Preble High Schools students - Entry into this event to view & participate is a canned food item which will be donated to local pantries.

There will be a maximum of 8 dodgeball teams per school w/ 6 players on each team - $6.00 sign up fee to play . Make any checks payable to West Parent Network - Prize for the winning team

Also if you are not able to be on a dodgeball team you can be a "change" teams - 6 per team -no sign up fee -


These teams collect change for the month of April - til tournament - to be donated at dodgeball tournament.The "change" team that collects the most change will be given a prize-

The "change teams" are very important in allowing us to fund multiple places - the more financial support - more places will benefit..

Sign up fees & change collected will go to a homeless shelter

Concessions will be provided - School appropriate Costumes welcome -
Please share this with family & friends to come & root on your teams and enjoy the fun- Lets make this a great success, while having fun and doing a service to the community at the same time!! Dont forget your canned food donation.

The Post Prom Party Lock In
is right after the dance and will be held at Edison. The Entrance is in the lower parking lot on the south side of the school. It starts at 10:30 and no one will be admitted to the party after midnight. There will be no coat check. Great Prizes will be given out through out the night with several major prizes given out at the end of the night. Come have food, play games, check out all of the other activities and win prizes. It will be a great fun filled night. You do not need to pre register for this event. All students and your guest must show a school ID to enter the dance and the post prom party.


Fox Communities In-School Credit Union

Walking Club
Put “Spring” into your step and join Preble Walking Club. We will meet Monday, April 14 by the LMC and walk from 3:10-3:45. If the weather cooperates we will walk outside. All students and staff are welcome to join us.

Unity Expo
The Unity Expo will not be open to students on their lunch hour. Only students with a passport will be permitted into the gym.

2. All students will be required to wear their student IDs at the Unity Expo. Those students who do not have their IDs must get a temporary ID from the front Security Desk.

Teachers, please inform your students that this will be enforced each period of the day.
