SMART Discussion Group

Bald is beautiful!
Just ask our favorite Mr. Nez or the thousands of cancer survivors who have lost their hair to treatment. One way to show support of these survivors is to have your head shaved at the St. Baldricks event being held on Sat. from 3-7 at Preble. Go online at www.stbaldricks.org for more information or check out the posters around school. Get people to pledge money to see you go bald and support childhood cancer research at the same time. If going bald is not an option, show support by volunteering a little bit of your time by helping out at the event. Sign up at the Sting Cancer meeting Thursday after school or see Mrs. Johnson.
"Preble High School's Sting Cancer group would like to announce that Mr. Sielaff and Mr. Smith are hoping to raise $1000 to benefit Childhood Cancer Research for this year's St. Baldrick's Day Celebration held at Preble High School on April 15th. If students and staff are able to donate $1000, Mr. Smith and Mr. Sielaff will shave their heads at this weekend's celebration. You may make pledges in the main office or see a Sting Cancer Student Member in the commons. Together we can make a difference."
Also, Mr. Nez would appreciate it if Jenna Hansen could see him before the end of the day
Green Bay United Hockey
There will be an informational meeting for anyone interested in playing for Green Bay United Hockey next season. This meeting is for new players and their parents.
