St. Baldricks will be held Saturday, March 15, at Preble from 3:00 – 7:00. St. Baldrick's is the world's largest volunteer-driven fundraising event for childhood cancer research. Thousands of volunteers shave their heads in solidarity with children fighting cancer, requesting donations of support from friends and family. The event held at Preble is a family-oriented event with games and activities for children, assisted by our Sting Cancer group. Along with the activities, there will be food, entertainment, and a silent auction, while brave volunteers have their heads shaved. If anyone would like to help out, see one of the Sting Cancer advisors or be sure to sign up at Thursday’s meeting after school.
